Adjusts to fit heads from 20" to 26", comfortable yet holds over one ton. The aluminum frame is designed for training the front, back and sides of your neck. Either hang the weight directly from the red webbing belt, or for added convenience, use a loading pin and carabiner.
Use the center slot on the blue aluminum frame to train the muscles on the front and back of your neck; use the round holes in the sides of the frame to train the muscles on the sides of your neck.
Start easy, or you can end up with some very sore muscles, and always use immaculate form--no jerky movements and always stay well within your natural range of motion. Use a moderate weight and keep your reps in something like the 10 to 15 range.

| This headstrap is a quality piece of training equipment. I only gave it 4 stars because in my opinion it needs a chin strap to secure it better. I recently tried one from a different brand that had a chin strap and it stayed in place better. | ||

| Best neck harness and Ive tried a few. Admittedly not as user friendly as others at first but comes with detailed instructions and once you get the knack, feels smoother than the ones with chains. Weight feels more balanced than other harnesses and this is even without the optional plate loader. Also much easier to work front of neck than other methods. Plus way more comfortable than other harnesses. This is the fourth item Ive bought from Ironmind and they have all been top notch. | ||

| I have tried numerous headstraps. These are the best available. I use it for a combination of neck work and Calf Raises! By placing my hands against the wall, I can work both muscles at the same time utilizing an Iron Mind loading pin. | ||

| Probably the best on the market. Ive used a few different neck/head harnesses, and this one is by far the most comfortable and versatile. Also, the construction is top notch. Definitely a must have if youre in love with neck training. | ||
