One tough little book! 2/16/2011
Dont be fooled, the seemingly easy looking movements will soon humble you to the ground literally! Exercises categorized into push-ups, pull-ups, climbing and midsection strength with many variations to challenge your grip at the same time is what youll find here. The descriptions, progressions and performance tips are short but to the point and the section on elbow/lower back health have proven invaluable. My only criticism is that there is no advice on warming up.
