Extremely difficult. 3/6/2021
Preparation is a must with this one. Please train with caution. Hands down the most difficult task Ive ever faced. I can barely close it. You have to be very well rounded in terms of grip. This took nearly 4 years to accomplish, After having accomplished it there are many things that I can do in terms of grip strength.

Quality Grippers & Consistent Ratings 9/1/2013
Thought I would submit a written review of the Captains of Crush grippers Being a collector and user of hand grippers and owning approximately 43 COC grippers I can say with accuracy that these are very good quality hand grippers with consistent ratings RGC/DDM, handle spreads and setting depths of the handles along with very even knurling on the handles. Out of all the manufacturers of hand grippers I would rate COCs at a 4 and the only reason I dont give them a 5 star rating is because theres another hand gripper on the market named Gillingham High Performance, GHP that are superior in several aspects that edge out the COCs in my informed opinion.
