If you don't have forearms like Popeye, give this wrist roller a try and start working those lower limbs, making them an offer they can't refuse: fall off or grow bigger and stronger.
The Wicked Wrist Roller trains your grip, wrist and forearm in a flexion/extension movement, like when doing wrist curls (regular and reverse). It is designed so that you train both concentrically (winding up the cord) and eccentrically (allowing it to unwind under control).
Made of 2" diameter knurled high-strength steel, it can be used in free-standing mode or on a 1" or 1-1/16" bar, where its slick bushing system gives it a smooth ride. Comes with an 10-ft., 1,000-lb. test rope and a small carabiner; add a loading pin (not included) for easy weight changes.
See the Gym Equipment department for the No. 1217-W Vulcan Rack III Wrist Roller Set-up.
No. 1254 (5 lb.) roller, cord & small clip $99.95
If you need a loading pin and clip, please see item Nos. 1313-C and 1314-C.

Definitely Made Me Stronger | 7/20/2021
I attached the rope to an 80 pound kettlebell and know that I have developed significant forearm strength that I once lacked. I started out with 20 pounds, a testament to how far I have come.

Built like a tank. Exceptional wrist roller. | 5/14/2021
Heavy construction and a large diameter with the ability to mount on on a bar to avoid shoulder fatigue. This thing just feels great in the hands. Regarding the 1 star be careful reviewer. Some people need to learn how to read and apply simple work-arounds like covering the weights your attaching it to with a simple cloth. There isnt a better wrist roller made. They are rating their intelligence 1 star, not the roller.

Be careful | 11/21/2020 | |
This item requires the loading pin. The description makes it sound like the loading pin is only to make weight changes easily but in fact the item when used with plates and no pin will fray. They should update the description to be more clear and I would caution you to buy this with the loading pin only.

BEST Wrist Roller Ever! | 4/4/2016
I really like it so much, and you gonna like it too = It does pump forearms muscle and our grip also, it has a checkered design that is very good, a Non Slippery in our hands grips. I prefer use it manually that I have to control my grips and movement

Quality steel product | 2/11/2014
I use mine with a 1 inch bar in the top of my rack and lift 7 feet with it. Completely lathe turned and knurled steel this is just a beautiful product. I use the loading pin for sale here and leave the beaner in-between. It is easier than the little clip that comes with this. if height is an issue you could replace the smaller clip with the beaner directly. Just use the same knot!

Quality | 12/1/2013 | |
Ive not come across any product that lacks quality from IronMind, the wicked wrist roller is no exception. On the picture it looks just like any other gadget, but its when you open it up that you get impressed and in love with this piece of equipment. Just pure industry quality, will probably last forever. Be sure to get the Vulcan Rack later, it will allow you to add endless weights to it so you can do heavy negatives, will help close the grippers. Regards, Fredrik, Norway

nothing even comes close | 12/10/2012
By far the best wrist roller avalible on the market, and with a name like IRONMIND behind it what els is there to expect. Yes you could make you own wrist roller, but no one can put a knurled grip on there equipement like IRONMIND. Simply put there equipement is the best.
