| I just got my gripper last night and IMMEDIATELY noticed the difference in quality, craftsmanship and performance as a piece of equipment bas opposed to any local in store purchase I could make. And the fact that this is Harder than anything I can buy in my local stores is amazing. Looking forward to developing a monster grip with yall. | ||

| The quality is great knurling on the grips will tear your hands up if yours arnt very calloused but nice to hold onto. It says if your strong you should start with this one but id say if your strong get the no.1 cause i got this a couple years back when i was 16 and could do 20 or so reps, mind you im about 6 foot 7 so my hands are pretty big which makes it easyer. | ||

| This is a great product for people just starting out and then great as a warm up tool when you graduate to the higher level grippers. Id recommend picking it up in the 3 pack because once you get hooked, and trust me it will happen, youll want to jump up to the #1 right away. | ||

| I was bouncing all over the place trying to figure out which COC i should start with. I couldnt find a decent review with information about the people themselves writing the review. So Ill tell anyone interested in listening about myself. Im 5 10 225lbs. have worked out with weights for most of my life and im 37 years old. i have done physical labor my whole life from landscaping to carpentry to ship building, so i was trying to take all this into consideration when determining which COC i should purchase. i was tempted to just say screw it, and start with #1, but my better judgement took over and i started with the trainer. Smart move on my part, it is a definate challenge and a great place to start if you are a weight trainer or do hard labor. it took a day to figure out how get a good hold on it. but after 3 or four days im closing it 15-20 times with my right hand, trying to catch up with my left, which i can get 8-12 times. i read a lot if people complain about the knurling of the grip... i think it is perfect. if youre not a doctor or lawyer or if you dont get manicures on the regular, your hands should be fine and adapt to the knurling of these grippers. AMAZING product overall. i just ordered a #1, hoping i made the right choice jumping past the .5. ill be reviewing the #1 once i get it. Hope this has been helpful to anyone looking to purchase one of the COCs. No matter where you start, you cant go wrong with these products. | ||

| I bought the hand gripper trainer about 4 months ago. The quality is perfect. It feels like its going to last for a entire lifetime. If you can do around 15-20 chin ups I highly recommend getting the 1 or 1.5 hand grippers to start with. | ||

| I just got mine in the mail, the quality is impressive and the knurled handle feels awesome. My only problem is its a bit too easy to close, my girlfriend can close it, if you have a hard time opening pickle jars start here. Not a problem though, this will make a great warm up. This is 1000% better than anything you would buy at a sport store and tougher. Im definitely ordering a #1 and a #2. | ||

| When I first bought it, I could close it most of the way, but not all the way. After using it regularly, I was successful in closing it. I noticed improved strength, and muscle definition. I graduated to the #1. | ||
