Our Chinning Bar Setup is the way to go if you train at home: it works perfectly in everything from a cramped city room to a garage to your backyard. It's as strong as you'd expect from IronMind, while still super easy to break down for storage or transport (you can stick it in a closet when you're done or take it on car trips, if you like). The chinning bar is a comfortable 1-1/2" in diameter and 42" inches long. Height adjusts from a minimum of 56-1/4" to a maximum of 83-1/2".
An original Vulcan Racks, Vulcan Racks II, or Vulcan Racks II+ System Base Unit is required to complete the setup. Please note that our sideposts are made to fit only in these base units.
