Easy to move around or to break down in a flash for storage or transportation, Vulcan Racks are super strong and stable, ready for a 1,000-lb. squat, but just as handy for lunges, good mornings, benches, inclines, presses and jerks from the rack.

New for 2011, now you can use your squat uprights with the One Wicked Wrist Roller and Axle to torch your forearms--just thread the axle through the hole in the Vulcan Rack Squat Uprights.
Diagonal Dipping Bar Uprights : Count on adding big slabs of muscle to your chest, triceps, and delts, along with building the kind of strength that moves your body, and even bigger weights, with ease. Whether you're eyeing 300-kg bench presses or mantling on rock faces, dips are for you. Just slide the dipping bar uprights in place, set the height and the width you prefer, and have at it.
Diagonal handles: hands are at a 45-degree angle on comfortable 1-1/2"-diameter handles that are centered over the uprights. Standard height is 48-1/2" off the ground, but can be raised to 52-1/2".
