Our Buffalo Bar is shaped from massive 1-3/8" diameter U.S. prime alloy steel, with revolving sleeves and an overall length of 92" (58-1/2" inside collar to inside collar) so your shoulders won't have to turn into a pretzel before you can get under the bar. It's perfect for squats, good mornings, lunges, Hise shrugs . . . anything that requires a bar sitting on your shoulders. Knurled per IPF measurements. Weighs 52 lb.; natural finish.
